Under a black belly of cloud in the rain

Who would have thought I'd be showing you my third made by me frock!
Here she is, from the same Simplicity pattern as the previous two, with a dash of extra ric-rac. I bought the vintage fabric from an op shop, it's a brushed cotton, kind of light flannelette like.
We took these pics down by the bay just before a storm hit.

  4. Your sewing adventures are coming along nicely - well done! Where do you find all the ric rac? Autocorrect does not like ric rac and wants to change it to rice race every time!!! Impressive photos - are they taken with your phone? I have just upgraded to a smart phone and its taking a while to get used to the camera but the resolution is amazing. I think your hand bag collection must be the best in the world I thought the green one in your previous post was my all time fave but this orange one ...leaves me speechless with adoration. xxx
