I look for a light in the pouring rain

There is always so much to see & drool over at the WAC. They have such a great range of all things vintage & retro for all ages. This cotton dress is from Lifeline. I don't think it's necessarily old, but I really like the style, especially the neckline & pockets. And it just happens to match my gorgeous bag that my Mum gave me last year.

I adore these colourful metal drawers. It would be perfect for accessories, or just about anything!

Love these pigeon-hole shelves, which are about a meter high.

This deer head is over $4000....Wowza!

The Captain LOVED this kids aircraft ride thingo

How I love a good pair of vintage togs

 Outfit Details......

Cotton house dress - Lifeline
Red, white & blue beads - Remember When
Two carved bangles & bird brooch - Op shopped

I'm in a Dobie Gray kinda mood today

There's a similar style shop in nearby Bowral that we've visited before. My wish list grows every time. x

  5. Oh when I visit can we please please go there so I can drool and dress up??? The dress neckline is really unusual, with the piping on the seam, it has had a lot of work put into it. I think you look beautiful in this outfit. Did you try the airplane ride? It is so cute.

  6. Love that song. And I love your dress, and especially the bag from your mum, just gorgeous.
That looks like a great place to browse. I think I must be the only blogger in the world who doesn't like antlers and deer heads... Poor thing, makes me sad to look at it. (And think of the Queens of the Stone Age video to No One Knows!)
Great drawers and pigeon holes though! xxx

  12. I've been wanting to take a day trip up north and visit the Woolloongabba Antique Store for some time. I am hopefully going to finally do so this year. It looks great! You look so lovely in your dress and your hair looks so nice. Your hand bag is quite incredible too. I really love that metal set of coloured drawers. I'd use that for all my art materials.
